Leslie Upchurch
Leslie Purcell Upchurch teaches Dalcroze and Dalcroze based classes for all ages, from toddlers through senior citizens. She holds the Dalcroze License and teaches for both The Marta Sanchez Dalcroze Training Center at Carnegie Mellon University and for the Dalcroze School at Lucy Moses. She maintains a private piano studio where piano improvisation is an integral part of her curriculum. She has a BFA in Piano Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has a wealth of experience leading workshops for all types of audiences.
