Sailboats on the Water

Author

Created August 30, 2023 | Added May 22, 2025

  1. Pretend to be a sailboat bobbing on the water.
  2. Listen to the music and sway back and forth to the beat that you hear.
    • Use music in compound duple (Bateux a voile works well)
  3. Use a scarf to be the sail of your sailboat.
    • When you hear the end of the phrase, glide with tippy-toe running steps like a boat sailing across the smooth sea.
    • When that phrase ends, then go back to swaying in your boat for the next phrase.
