A New Way to Experience “Dalcroze Connections”

Posted November 3, 2026

We’re excited to announce that the next issue of Dalcroze Connections arrives on Tuesday, November 10—with an entirely new way to experience the magazine!

For eleven years, Dalcroze Connections has informed, inspired, and connected the Dalcroze community across the United States and beyond. Now, we’re reimagining what the magazine can be: not simply a digital version of a print publication, but an interactive space for discovering ideas, exploring resources, and connecting with fellow educators.

A More Interactive Magazine

The new issue invites you to do more than read. You can listen, watch, explore, share, and participate—all without leaving the article you’re enjoying.

Here’s a preview of what you’ll find:

  • Listen and watch as you read. Musical examples and videos are embedded directly in articles, making it easy to experience the music and demonstrations authors are discussing.
  • Easily follow references and related resources. Follow links to foundational Dalcroze texts in our Resource Library, discover additional materials, and access outside references from authors and contributors.
  • Print or save individual articles. Prefer reading on paper? Every article now includes an enhanced print function that creates a clean, print- or PDF-ready version. (For the best results, we recommend using Chrome.)
  • Share articles and resources with others. Find an especially interesting article, video, or lesson plan? Help us get the word out! You can share directly to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or email using the buttons on any page.
  • Join the conversation. Leave a comment on any article to start a conversation with other readers or pose a question to fellow Dalcroze educators. Have a clarifying question about an article? You might even hear directly from the author!
