Developing Artistry For Students In “Dalcroze For Suzuki”

Tuesday, May 9 • 7–8pm ET / 4–5pm PT

The Colburn Community School of Performing Arts offers “Dalcroze for Suzuki” which is designed for students in the Colburn Suzuki String program. In this presentation, Mari will share strategies that she uses in class to develop her students’ artistry. She will share sample activities and video recordings of Dalcroze for Suzuki (ages 8–10, all are violinists). Handouts will be provided for participants.
