The conference is located at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Oberlin, OH.

The nearest airport is the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).

The conference begins with opening registration at 8:30am on Thursday, June 6. The closing session finishes at 5:00pm on Saturday, June 8.

Shuttle

A shuttle is available between the airport and campus. Tickets/reservations are required.

Outside of the times listed below, discounted private car service can also be arranged through this vendor. See their reservation page for more information.

Meals & Dining

Coffee and light refreshments will be available each morning of the conference.

Special events with dinner are available on Thursday and Friday. Outside of these events, we encourage you to explore the dining options that Oberlin has to offer.

Oberlin has a variety of fare to satisfy almost any palate—from standard burgers and fries and family-style dishes to Asian, Middle Eastern, and vegetarian cuisine. State Route 58 is Oberlin’s center of town. Most of these eateries are situated throughout downtown Oberlin along Main Street. Others are within a mile of the downtown area. Choose your spot and walk, bike, or park for free.

Conference Housing

Dormitory housing is available through the registration form. The dorm is located less than one block from conference events.

(If you prefer hotel housing, you can book a room on your own through The Hotel at Oberlin, which is about two blocks from conference events.)

Dormitory reservations must be received on or before 5/21/2024. Thereafter, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

If you request campus housing on the registration form, we will contact you via email to collect some additional information.

Although we cannot guarantee placements for double rooms, we'll do our best to accommodate mutual roommate requests.
